Land cover intelligence: satellite imagery and 9-class land cover classification of Dubai Marina showing built-up, water, vegetation, and bare soil categories

Land Cover Intelligence

See how any location and its surroundings have changed over the past five years. Classify land into built-up, vegetation, water, cropland, and bare soil at 10-meter resolution using satellite imagery. Detect year-over-year shifts in land cover to assess environmental change, encroachment, deforestation risk, and site context before making investment, lending, or compliance decisions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Continuuiti?

Continuuiti is a situational awareness platform providing automated external risk intelligence for critical locations and supply chains. We combine satellite imagery, climate science, and environmental data to give enterprises visibility into location-level risks.

What data sources do you use?

We integrate authoritative sources including Sentinel-2 satellite imagery, Google Dynamic World land cover classification, NASA climate projections (NEX-GDDP-CMIP6), WRI Aqueduct water stress data, Hansen Global Forest Change, the World Database on Protected Areas, FEMA HAZUS 4.0 depth-damage curves, and JRC Huizinga et al. 2017 global damage functions.

What is Climate Value at Risk?

Climate Value at Risk quantifies the potential financial damage to buildings from natural hazards like flooding. Our tool uses FEMA HAZUS depth-damage curves for US buildings and JRC curves for 214 countries to estimate structural loss, contents loss, and damage ratios at any flood depth.

How is this different from consultancies?

Traditional consultancy engagements take weeks. Continuuiti delivers equivalent analysis in seconds. Same data sources, same rigor—fully automated and available instantly via web tools or API.

Is the API available?

Yes. All capabilities are available via REST API for programmatic integration. This enables bulk processing, integration with existing systems, and automated workflows. Visit our API documentation for details.

What regulatory frameworks do you support?

LULC+ is designed for EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) compliance with automatic flagging of post-2020 deforestation. Climate Risk reports are TCFD-aligned with scenario analysis suitable for regulatory disclosure.
